Eat without limits

Vegetables: cabbage and leafy vegetables - Brussels sprouts, white cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, chicory, spinach, all kinds of leafy salads.
Solanaceous vegetables: bell pepper, eggplant, tomatoes.
Stem vegetables: artichokes, asparagus, fennel, kohlrabi, celery.
Mushrooms. Legumes: green beans, sweet green peas.
Root crops: beets, carrots, radishes, celery, radish, parsnip, swede.
Pumpkin vegetables: pumpkin, watermelon, melon, zucchini, zucchini, cucumbers, squash.
Spicy vegetables: garlic, ginger, green and onions.
Spicy herbs: dill, cilantro, parsley, sage, rosemary, oregano, mint, thyme, basil.
Seaweed.
Fruits and berries
Sauces and seasonings: vinegar, mustard, horseradish, salsa.


Eat moderately

Little pleasures (only after 18.00)

The eggs.
Meat: chicken, turkey, duck, beef, lean pork, ham, sausages.
Dairy products: hard and soft cheeses, cottage cheese, milk, low-fat sour cream, sour-milk products (kefir, yogurt, yogurt of any fat content, but without sugar).
Fish and seafood, both fresh and canned.
Products containing fast carbohydrates: pasta, white bread, pastries, pizza, crackers.
Alcohol (exclude if you want to reduce weight).
Desserts (better prepared at home and only in small portions).


Eat in very limited quantities (only after 6 p.m.) or even exclude it

Sweetened drinks, including energy and tea / coffee with sugar.
