Alena Ebeling-Schuld is a wildlife artist, scientist, and science communicator from British Columbia, Canada. One of her goals is to use her art to support wildlife and ecosystem conservation initiatives. She runs a small online shop called Owl & Bear Studio, selling nature-themed gift items made from her illustrations, many of which support charitable causes.

Recently, Alena created a Mangrove Ecosystem enamel pin and has selected Mangrove Action Project to be the charitable recipient to receive 25% of profits, which we are absolutely thrilled about! Alena chose to feature mangroves because of their combined ecological, socio-economic, and cultural significance to so many communities worldwide.
